Workshops

Playful and productive

The audience attends a theatrical sketch that functions as a trigger.
The participants are distributed in groups to exchange on the theme presented in the sketch. If there is no defined theme, it is an ideal moment to address those that are related to the improvement of the work environment. Each group is led by a comedian trainer that facilitates the interactions and exchanges between the participants. The group lists its reflexions and its propositions of solutions.

Discussion and analysis

The comedian host starts the debate by addressing the difficulties highlighted in the sketch(es). The aim is to encourage all the participants to speak up and to express themselves. The participants discuss their experiences together and offer solutions. The elements that are raised and their solutions are written down.
Thus, the comedian host can collaborate with the group to elaborate the outline of a scenario, assign roles and run through the scenario.

Conception of the scenario and rehearsal

The comedian helps the collaborators to build the outline of the scenario in order to emphasize the ideas that were brought up, as well as staging the scenario and running through the sketch. The sketch can last from 3 to 10 minutes. All the participants are encouraged to participate. We always find a way to motivate the shyest ones (voice-overs...).
Back in the plenary, each group shares the result of its reflection (sketch, song, fake ad, sports commentary, movie parody...) in front of the other groups.

Representation

Each group presents its sketch in front of the others. This session can be done immediately or later that day. A short formal presentation is made by a member of the group, that reminds the key elements from the group reflection.

Our goals

Beyond teamwork, each collaborator becomes the stakeholder of their solutions.

1) Federate the audience thanks to a playful animation
2) Encourage the participants to share their experiences and increase the group dynamic by making each participant a stakeholder
3) Stimulate creativity and teamwork
4) Raise concrete and practical solutions
5) Obtain the collaborators' point of view
