A/Tout THEATRE offers formations off the beaten track: our formations aim to embody the beliefs and values of the company. They take place within a serious framework, as well as a playful one. The active and entertaining interaction allows one to apprehend and to obtain techniques, but also their basis when it comes to behaviour, easily and quickly.
Our comedian trainers all have a professional background in the corporate world, a trainer formation, and they all have unique approaches, depending on the theme that is explored. They all are accomplished comedians, and most of them also are active in the theatre and film industries.

Building confidence: We make sure the individuals are respected, and that the atmosphere is convivial and stress free.The sketches are custom-made or adapted to you to make behaviours evolve and improve.
Motivation: Motivation is brought by efficient tools that can directly be applied on concrete and practical situations, as well as the desire to share and to convey knowledge. Wether they are individual or require teamwork, exercices and practical games are set up to expand learning and increase the general interest.
Action: We set up a “real-time lab” to test and train the acquired knowledge with the comedian sparring trainers, ride-alongs to assimilate the methodology under the friendly gaze of all the participants, as well as the trainer.

Well-being at work
After this formation, the participants will be in a position to analyze and anticipate all the problems and handle them before they get conflictual, while asserting themselves.
After this formation, participants will be in a position to understand the approach of the quality of working life, its consequences and benefits. The fundamental elements of the Quality of Working Life will be explored, as well as their impacts in the field of professional life, especially when it comes to perception and expectations in terms of quality of working life.
The key elements of the interprofessional national agreements will also be defined.
After this formation, the participants will be aware of what the psychosocial risks are and will be in a position to identify them better, to analyze, anticipate and prevent them. We will bring theoretical elements when it comes to the juridical field. Incivilities, ill-being and suffering at work, bullying and burn outs will also be addressed.
After this formation, the participants will be sensitized to stress and will be able to analyze, prevent and handle it better. They will be in a position to understand its mechanisms in order to find its original causes. We will focus on the stereotypes around stress: ``there is a good type of stress, and a bad one``; ``my stress is due to others``; ``it is normal to feel stressed out after a day of work``....
The participants will be able to identify the situations where we act ``under stress``.
Freeing the speech
The aim of this formation is to discover and appreciate improvisation as a true personality indicative and as a major tool in favour of public speaking.
Come along and handle change
After this formation, the participants will be in a position to manage, program and handle changes that match the beliefs, aims and values of the company. They will know how to face objections, stay consistent in their convictions and do better as a mediation to the expectations and worries of their collaborators.
After this formation, the participants will be able to improve their daily behaviours. When facing interpersonal relations, they will know how to judge the importance of the distinction of different discriminatory notions, in order to be efficient when it comes to prevention and action regarding a discriminatory situation.
After this formation, the participants will be in a position to lead exchanges about security (wether it can be a ``15 minutes``, a ``minute`` or a ``flash``; or just a short term reminder), working equally on content and form, bringing meaning to it and mastering the communication techniques.
After this formation, the participants will be in a position to lead identify and evaluate the risky situations. They will know how to share the need to handle and control these situations with their collaborators.
The commercial field
After this formation, the participants will be in a position to appropriate the tools for more impactful client meetings. They will know how to diagnose the clients' projects and insatisfactions. They will also learn how to optimize contact, offer an argumented solution, face objections, structure their arguments and chose the appropriate moment to conclude.
After this formation, the participants will know how to address the fundamental elements of management. They will be in a position to appropriate the management tools. Human gestion and management organization will be defined and distinguished. They will be taught how to find balance between these two notions. We will also address the themes of listening, assertiveness and managerial courage.
After this formation, the participants will be sensitized to disabilities and they will be in a position to identify the prejudices in order to avoid them. They will know how to overcome their eventual reluctance facing this difference. Statutory elements will be brought in order to adopt appropriate behaviours and communication modes, as well as preventing, anticipating and analyzing the discriminatory situations.
